Difficult to access and limited workspace

Our machines are not only used on large-scale projects; we also make a valuable contribution at smaller-scale sites.

For example, we recently received a request to maintain a pond in Vries, close to our base in Tynaarlo. The reeds in and around the pond had grown so thick that they severely restricted the view of the water and access for local residents.

Due to the difficult access and limited working space, mowing with standard equipment was not an option. We therefore deployed our small but powerful amphibious excavator: the Waterking WK20 NG-A. Thanks to its narrow width of just 1.5 metres, the machine could easily be transported to the site using our own BE transport.

The WK20 NG-A was specially developed for precision work in hard-to-reach areas and proved its worth here too. In two working days, the reeds were carefully cut and removed, without disrupting the natural balance in and around the pond.

Thanks to this work, the view of the pond has been restored and local residents can once again enjoy the open water, the tranquillity and the animals that love to make an appearance here.

Although this was a relatively small project, this assignment clearly demonstrates just how versatile our machines are. From large-scale infrastructure works to small-scale nature conservation in our own region: we always work with you to find a suitable solution.
